Our Mission
Our journey is driven by a personal connection to the breast cancer epidemic. Our family, like many others, have been devastated by this disease. We are striving to decrease the effect of breast cancer in diverse communities by participating in events that bring about awareness that leads to prevention. Our mission involves donating to causes that bring about awareness, treatment, and research that will diminish and eliminate the toll of breast cancer on families around the globe.
Our ultimate goal is to create a Janice Johnson Watson Foundation in honor of our aunt who fought long and hard battle until June 7, 2012. This foundation will provide financial support to low-income patients in need of breast exams and mammograms.
According to the American Cancer Society, breast exams, mammograms and other screenings increase the chances of detecting breast cancer early, when they are most likely to be curable.
